Rich, concentrated, spicy with a slight jammy edge! Yes 🙌 our all time favorite Amarone. Here is the story: https://spokenwines.com/our-blog/ten-years-with-campagnola-our-amarone-of-choice — 3 months ago
And now a Bordeaux blend expression from… well Bordeaux! Left bank that is. Our favorite left bank Bordeaux fantastic quality for reasonable price. This wine was intense, still rather edgy tannins but already great complexity of waves of dark and red fruit laced in subtle pipe tobacco and spiced oak. — 3 months ago

I had given up on the Delectable App and surrendered to the thought I lost all my wine reports, but hey, it still seems to be alive and actually working much better. So hoping for the best, I am going to keep my scores again. Here an okay Brunello. Certainly not great. Strong acidic note that kept the fruit and complexity hidden. Storing it for one day made it worse. Not sure how both WS and JS scored it 95+. — 14 days ago

Fantastic champagne. Intense, balanced, gripping finish. Notes of sliced apple and passion fruit.. — 3 months ago
This wine is in balance! Everything plays together so well. It’s a nice 10 year old wine, also the aged notes integrated so well with the vibrant red fruit coming from the Grenache. A little bit of Mouvedre and Syrah give it nice complexity. — 4 months ago
Possibly best $11 wine I have ever had! And guess what. Produced in Ecuador! Right at the equator where you are not suppose to be able to grow grapes for fine wine. Dos Hemispheres is proving the impossible! This was a Merlot produced under the Armonia label. Has only been in stainless steel. Tastes like an intense Merlot from north-east Italy. Dark, slightly tart fruit infused with spice, fine polished tannins, depth, balanced and a grippy, lingering finish. You will have to wait until we tell their story on our Spoken Wines YouTube channel. In the meantime you can enjoy the a story of a Chris Figgins and how he found and developed his amazing Figgins Estate. Enjoy! https://youtube.com/@spokenwines?si=DWgrQJvg6V4WSoU9 — a month ago
Intense, complex wine with dark, almost austere fruit with lingering, grippy finish. All in harmony. — 3 months ago

Expressive dark red fruit with a strong foundation of polished dark tannins. Smooth finish that leads you to the next sip. Drinking it right in the middle of the vineyard that produce fit. — 8 days ago
