Champagne morning, noon and night!
This was very nice but I think I prefer it younger rather than aged. — 2 months ago
Always a favorite starter! Great with crudo — 2 months ago
Needs a quick decant. Pretty red fruits, smooth flavors, finishes clean. Really enjoyable with food. NBI — 3 months ago
Nose of aged french oak barrel honeycomb beeswax and floral paper whites. Flavors are balanced and smooth with super fine bubbles orange blossom ripe lemon cleansing palate. Actually very vinous and I would have guessed Chardonnay not Pinot Noir. Definitely more old school champagne and would stand up to food pairings 100% Pinot Noir fermented in oak barrels. Vinified and aged 10 months in 228L oak barrels. Dosage 0, Disgorged 5/23. — a month ago
This is Malvasia. There is noticeable oak that really detracts from the pretty florals and fruit but this is a good food wine. — 2 months ago
So wanted to like this but I can’t get past the vitamin B in the nose which is overwhelming. Same on day 2. Has the same weird flavor in the mouth. Could be light struck with this dang clear bottle but I’ll never know. Oliver’s — 2 months ago
Wow what a difference 3 days makes. Opened this up and didn’t like it. There’s good structure but a lavender soapy flavor that carries from front to back. 2 days later it’s better. 3 days and it’s gone and this is beautiful! Floral and muted light red fruits. Very lean and cleansing palate. Great porch sipper or raw oyster bubbles. WF — 2 months ago
Really good Chinon. This has a richness to it that you don’t find in many Chinon’s. Not too big and really smooth. Great food wine! — 2 months ago
Magnum! Enjoyed this over a week. Awesomeness in a big bottle. TBL — 2 months ago

Wow. Ripe pink grapefruit, raspberries and strawberries with a rich mouthfeel. Clean finish no elbows. This is awesome! Great sipper and enough stuffing to stand up to food. WF — a month ago
