Not sure of % of each grape. Nebbiolo is the star here and takes center stage. Medium bodied to light, love the “alpine” cold- weather nebs. Will definitely buy more. — 13 days ago

Flowery and fragrant, with a buttery mouthfeel and lightly citrus. Nice acidity. Excellent companion to pork chop Milanese. — 2 days ago
Election night brings us to Sardinia, for this really good Carignano. Lots of cherry, soft, light, nice finish. Feels good to vote against a fascist. — 12 days ago

Reminds me of Chablis. Some light citrus, minerally, almost a nutty or grainy. Nose to it. Apparently this ancient variety’s parentage includes one of Chardonnay’s parents: the more ancient Gouiais blanc, which explains the similarities to Chablis — 10 days ago
Soft, warm inviting fruit. Loads of cherry, plum. No tannins. Great sipper. — 15 days ago

70% Nebbiolo, 30% croatina, 5% vespolina. Some gritty tannins, cherry/ strawberry fruit, pepper, little bit of funk. Really delicious, though I bet a year or two would integrate the tannins. — 15 hours ago
