Fruity, refreshing and frizzled, perfect not only in warmer months! — 2 years ago
@Estiatorio Milos in Miami enjoying this lovely Sancerre with our Dover Sole and Branzino. This has got to be the lightest, feathery Sancerre we’ve ever had. Sancerre is my favorite for many reasons. Just a beautiful wine for any time of year but beckons you to the beach and a warm breeze. — 3 years ago

My good friend Kate & Matthew gifted me this Polish sparkling wine while visiting Poland 🇵🇱. Kate believes I inspired her to pursue wine industry; she has become a Level-3 sommelier and is very successful. Thank you 🙏!!! — a year ago

Fine nose. Wonderful polish Pinot Noir. — 7 years ago
Second take on this one because I really enjoyed it the first time and we even went back to buy a couple of bottles to bring back home. Previous notes stand and we had it with food this time around and it works super well with white meat cooked on the grill and light summer veggie and salad dishes. Last evening in the Polish mountains. We will come back. — a year ago
Tasted at pine. Very unique chardonnay. — 3 years ago
Outstanding. Barbaressco on the nose, Brunello on the pallet. Beautiful wine. — 3 years ago
Another fabulous wine at Estiatorio Milos. Are you ready? Apparently the reason it’s called Quartz, is the stones in the earth absorb the sun’s heat, keeping the roots of the vines warmer during cooler night temps! Hence this delicious wine! Love learning these nuggets - pun intended — 5 years ago
Chardonnay sur lie 2018 / Winnica Wzgórz Trzebnickich
A curious nose made of lemon, limestone, a creamy thing, hay too. It smells like a chablis and muscadet cross over. The palate is well made with a strong acid backbone, lemony and creamy touches all along the backbone, some minerality too and a iodine, salty dimension. The finish is rather short with iodine and lemon and that creamy stuff. Very good effort! — 7 years ago

Very pale colour for a late harvest, shy nose, with fresh apricot, ripe lime, a touch of candied citrus peel, fresh and subtle.
More pronounced on the palate, quite sweet but balanced with vibrant acidity.
Lemon & lime with a touch of candied ginger and a bit of mint towards the finish?
Crisp & vibrant and surprisingly nice. — 2 months ago
