Outstanding. Barbaressco on the nose, Brunello on the pallet. Beautiful wine. — 2 years ago
Another fabulous wine at Estiatorio Milos. Are you ready? Apparently the reason it’s called Quartz, is the stones in the earth absorb the sun’s heat, keeping the roots of the vines warmer during cooler night temps! Hence this delicious wine! Love learning these nuggets - pun intended — 3 years ago
Christmas dinner part 2. Served along seafood (oysters, sea snails, shrimps, crab, langoustines...) good pairing. This is a good chard from Poland, a bit on the richer side of things, with a lower acid drive and some tropical, yellow fruits both on the nose and on the palate. The nose is particularly inviting with honeyed roasted pineapple slices notes. Really good ! — 3 months ago
@Estiatorio Milos in Miami enjoying this lovely Sancerre with our Dover Sole and Branzino. This has got to be the lightest, feathery Sancerre we’ve ever had. Sancerre is my favorite for many reasons. Just a beautiful wine for any time of year but beckons you to the beach and a warm breeze. — 2 years ago

My good friend Kate & Matthew gifted me this Polish sparkling wine while visiting Poland 🇵🇱. Kate believes I inspired her to pursue wine industry; she has become a Level-3 sommelier and is very successful. Thank you 🙏!!! — 2 months ago
