A little high at 9% but really good — 9 years ago
This Chablis is a windfall! — 9 years ago
The nose is cidery and not super inviting, but the palate is far more appealing. Bright coppery color. Chewy tannins. Tastes of orange peel and windfall apples. Had this at Osteria Santo Stefano in Piacenza, where their entire white wine list appears to be orange wine. — 5 years ago

Extremely sweet with just a slight hint of acidity. Feeling like a proud Vermonter. — 7 years ago
Mix of crimson and ruby red core with garnet edges. Very tight even on day two. Slight dust with some soft dark berries, dark spices and a little spearmint. Fruit forward attack, red cherries, that dissipates to complex spices. Moderate tannins (7/10) with no heat, just a furry texture. Medium body with a moderate finish. Quite a bit of acidity but smooth and rounded. Drink till 2020.
After trying again at the estate I think this was just slightly off. — 8 years ago

Our last bottle 😢. First had this at the winery in 2013, and slowly drank through our supply since then. It has held up really well and drinks well right now. Deep garnet color, showing some bricking at the edges. I get baking spices in there nose. Moderate tannins, good acid. Plum and berries in the mouth. Paired great with grilled lamb. — 4 years ago
