Light, great tasting Amador zin — 11 years ago
2020 vintage. Teneral Cellars, Estate Mourvèdre, Wilderotter Vineyard, Amador County. Extremely light colour, looks like a Jura Trousseau, surprising for Mourvèdre, due to a very soft pressing. Beautiful nose with delicate red fruit (raspberries, strawberries), roses and subtle spices. Very elegant and velvety, light on its feet without being thin. A very nice surprise. Abv. 13,9%. Great value for California standards, 39 dollars on the website — 2 years ago
Lite red wine. Very tasty! — 8 years ago
Ok, best Sav Blanc I have had. Wow! Honeysuckle sweet on the nose and crisp! Light and fresh on the palate. Grapefruit, honey, green apple, pear flavors. Dry finish and perfect finish! — 10 years ago
Usually do not like Zin but this was really nice with grilled skirt steak — 11 years ago
Intense Zin flavors without the jammy-ness. Delicious and refreshing. — 4 years ago
Nice, dry fruit forward Barbera. Went well with pizza. — 6 years ago
Excellent wine marked by heady floral bouquet including hints of violets and rose petals.. Additional hints of coffee and raspberries. Finish is soft and elegant. — 10 years ago
Surprisingly light body, more akin to Pinot in structure. Very good, interesting wine. — 11 years ago
Strawberry-rhubarb nose, salmon red coloring. A dry Rose’ for the serious red wine lover. 15% Tempranillo added to the Grenache. A great summer wine that’s perfect for making that transition from white to red. This Rose’ is very food friendly and not only fabulous with appetizers, but able to stand up to the entirety of the meal … from cheeses to light meats like a pork tenderloin or chicken dishes. 150 cases. — 12 years ago
