trying to be better at tasting notes and was thinking "peachy" but another review that mentioned apricot felt like a better descriptor. hint of sweet but noticeably not /sweet/ (it is dry after all) and a nice mouth-watering acidity with hints of......cherry? perhaps? (Astor, I think)
ok ok I am not a huge fan of this one. I think it might be that it's.....not super fruity? more savory I guess, mineraly, still a little fruit but definitely not fruit heavy. — 7 years ago

Vintage 2007 - curiosity from #pfalz made of #spätburgunder, blanc de noir ánd #eiswein picked after frost. It always amazes me that eiswein has a very high acidity. This wine has it too, with beautiful balance, roundness and a sweetness that is not boring. — 8 years ago
