Ceylonese!

One of my favourite Auxerrois wines. Complex fresh and fruity aromas, a hint of minerals, with a low acidity. Smells like a springtime afternoon in the garden. — 5 years ago
Aromatics are muted, fennel bulb, stone fruit, lemon curd (lactic), and white pepper and funky and a bit mushroomy, hints of petrol. Rich mouth with plenty of acid and viscosity, and a little RS to balance acid. but mouthfeel is fantastic for entry level and loads of texture from fruit and soil. Thanks Tom!!!! — 6 years ago
Loved this, very Volnay like. Plush, silky tannins, high acid and awesome. Cranberry and pomegranate fruit with some serious minerality reminiscent of wet river rock. Good juice, and affordable!! — 8 years ago

Baden seems to be the super region for Pinot Blanc in Germany. Not the only one, but a great number of them seem to come from here. And they are very fine. — 4 years ago
