Smells like “bubble gum” doesn’t taste that way but think this bottle is advanced due to storage because of an oxy note on palate. Nice acidity texture and length as you’d expect — 5 years ago

Green Muscat from Austria. This is the first time I've had this varietal. Very unique nose of soap stone. Really enjoyed this wine. Kudos to Dr Carney. — 10 years ago
Holy shit! Loads of tropical fruit, almost like a hoppy IPA, Amarillo. Amazing. — 12 years ago

Drank this a few nights ago, very interesting. Good acidity, aroma and flavors. Thanks Alessandro! — 10 years ago
Skin-contact, a little funky with zippy acids. Some grapefruit and wheat, delicious with a good chill, paired well with a stellar meal at Admiralgade 26, Copenhagen. 09/20/25 — 9 months ago
Morillon vom Opok
Biodynamic Chardonnay from Steiermark.
Cloudy, smokey, yeasty, sappy, fresh!
Bruised apples, ripe lemons, underripe pineapple, green mango. Plus some hay, flinty, smokey aromas. Juicy, fresh, enticing.
On the palate with vibrant acidity, with great freshness & depth. Rough around the edges, with a touch of cidery notes, a bit of VA. There’s a creamy touch to the mouthfeel. And a mineral hint. This is ultra drinkable and so delicious. Love it! — 4 years ago
Tremendous flavour - melon, grapefruit, good summer wine — 7 years ago
This is the kind of thing you can only get inexpensively in Europe. Crispness belying it’s age. The vegetal notes from the Sauvignon balanced by the Chardonnay. I’d love to try it again in a decade. This was superb. — 8 years ago
