Golden apple, almond, not as fresh as it could have been, but it is 4 years old. CO2 presents as ripping acidity, ok weight/mouthfeel.
Day 2- clean, crisp, with adequate body and a clean lemon-almond aroma.

This wine changed A LOT in the glass. At first there was a very pronounced hazelnut aroma that gave way over 30 minutes. The palate was citrus, maybe a little subdued but for a 9 year old Italian white wine - impressive. High acidity that surprised us again given the age. Tea lingering on the finish. — 11 years ago
