Wow this is excellent. Had this bottle about 18 months ago and thought it was too oaky - but absolutely delicious tonight. Perfect pairing with roasted sausages with peppers and onions. Balanced tannins, great acid, quite complete on the palate. Very nice. Decanted 2 hours. — 14 days ago

Previous tasting note here was for October 2022. Aromas of menthol , plum skins and friable soil. Medium bodied palate showing a strangely sweet chocolate character amongst the savouriness. A few years left in the drinking window. Have the last one in 2+ years. — a month ago
