Gorgeous nose of melted milk chocolate and mid season ripe cherries. Super mineral and a sense of aromatic refinement while also being expansive and broad. Tows the line. Wow, concentrated with tiny cherry fruit intensity and lively minerality that gives this amazing freshness. Sappy and pure. The most Brunello of all the Forte wines. Like a baby brunello and a killer deal. Lovely Tuscan acid and earth on the finish

Nice Sangiovese. Oak is there but nicely integrated. Cherry liqueur.

Disappointed overall. A surprising amount of newish oak overpowers most of the other aromas and flavors on both the nose and the palate. Still has some nice berry fruit and a long finish with balanced acid. Nice pairing with pork chops.
