Overall quality is fine and dandy, super fresh with slight frizzante texture on the palette.

Not sure if its the super freshness or wine making direction, but, not a fan of the excessive acidity and grassy notes in the direction of Sauv Blanc. Grabbed as cooking wine (and chef sippy) so not too concerned, but had I purchased for dinner its not what I expect nor want. I love Sardinia sandy fennel notes, hate NZ Grassy. — 4 years ago

Delicious wine from the most important indigenous grape of Sardinia.
I know people say camnonau is grenache and i use that to sell it, but till 10 years ago nobody would have dreamt to associate the 2 varietals.

It is crunchy, but fresher and deeper than the majority of grenache.
It has been isolated for so long here that became something quite different that expresses the terroir.
It's long and elegant. The core of the Argiolas range with the Costamolino Vermentino. — 4 months ago

Italy. White. Sardegna.
Yet another gem from Sardegna. Not as fruity, more floral/honey but still delicious with seafood. A smooth, fuller bodied wine. 13.5% alc by vol, nuragus grapes. This is more Chardonnay-like in feel than the vermentino I had from Sardegna. Both are recommended. — 6 years ago
