At Rijks Pop up. Wine for third course but worked ok with first two (Albariño for first, another Spanish white for second). Classic Riesling nose and good balance with less sweetness than acids. Perfect for third course of Laab salad with duck chopped and fried with cucumber and Mackerel vinaigrette! — 6 months ago
Flinty crushed stone and brown spice give way to dried black cherries as the 2021 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley opens in the glass. This is round in feel with peppery wild berries and cooling acidity. It finishes with medium length and a primary concentration as violet and lavender tones slowly fade. (Eric Guido, Vinous, January 2024)

Very fun and sippable petnat! Could be had alone on the roof or with a light dinner. Bought at BP. Buy again. — 17 days ago
