Very nice black pepper at first nose. Cherries, blackberries and acidity in mouth. A little bit high alcohol. Amarone as it should be. Rounded, soft, flex but full bodied with very gentle tanins. Should be a little bit generous to get a higher rate. But overall a great wine. Just a great choice for amarone mood. Always have it in my wine rack. — 7 days ago

First tasting on the patio of my new home! Medium concentration. Plum and dark cherry on the nose. Delicious and unbelievably smooth and light. Would absolutely buy again. Emilio Moro is quickly becoming one of my favorite vineyards! Pairing with Filet Mignon but it would pair better with a lighter dish. — 3 months ago

Tasty but pricey ($35, on sale for $30). Nose is dark fruit, black cherry, Raisin. Lots of cocoa, tobacco, and leather. Full bodied, very tannic, dry with slight balancing acidity to keep it drinkable. Great with food and pleasant on its own if you like beefy oaky wine. — 3 months ago
