Much debate about the pronunciation of “Sciacarello” which our somm helpfully settled by informing us that it’s actually “Shaka-rello”, as in Chaka Khan. Now that’s service! Anyway this was totally awesome, drinks like an aged Pinot or Nebbiolo with lots of umami notes of mushroom and teriyaki. — 5 years ago
