White flowers, dandelion, lemon, pepper.
Lush, creamy mouthfeel. I suspect full malolactic, no lees or oak. There's a whiff of Christmas in here...perhaps potpourri. Cinnamon. The nose is all subtlety, and the pallatte is a blanket of lemon, pear, underripe peach. If there were more acid it would be harsh. I paired with cheese pizza and was surprised that it seems disrespectful. — 8 years ago
