Boy am I glad I kept this to Day 3. I like my Albariño oceanic. The first two days open, this one was a very good wine, but concentrated and a little hot. It wasn't a seafarer. On Day 3, though, it started to exhale and settle into something truly delicious - it was briney and rocky and fantastic. — 7 years ago
