Love this. A glass or two by the pool. Fantastic. Pears and peaches. Stainless steel fermentation. — 6 years ago
Tastes like a French Chardonnay- plenty of oak, fools you that it's Italian! — 12 years ago
Venetian Merlot with fresh crush and partially dried grapes. Aged in barriques.. Plum, cinnamon and pepper on the nose. Tight on opening. After about an hour very earthy old world style on the palate - slightly dense. Dark fruit, prune, cinnamon, leather, damp soil. Oak is prominent and finish was long and refreshing. Not a casual dinner wine - probably best with a hearty stew or fatty roast. — 2 years ago

Acquired recently from auction Solid cork removed via Durand. Right into the decanter with filtering.
Immediately vibrant and fruity aroma. Just smells fresh and bright. First few sips - cherry. Sage underbrush. Needs food.
More notes coming after the chicken parm alla vodka sauce is ready for pairing. — 3 years ago
