Didn't really have to blind guess this as it was the only champagne. No idea what this cost but it was awesome. Singular strand of bubbles. Crisp. Toast, brioche, pink lady apple finish. Great champagne. Thanks Donnie! — 7 years ago

From 80 year old Blaufrankisch vines in Austria. By the glass. Dusty red fruit aromas with touches of barnyard and pepper. Just medium bodied with with spicy red fruit on the palate and medium minus dry Tannins. A glass went well with Confit of Duck at Spring Restaurant in London where the chef is Australia’s Skye Gyngell. Highly recommended if you are near Somerset House near the Strand London. — 5 years ago
