I learned to love it. Best straight, not in cocktails. It has a great balance of botanicals, nothing to add or remove. — 3 years ago
My favorite fino! So good with turkey and rich Thanksgiving fare. Also great in cocktails. — 2 years ago
Celebration time! The hubby is OFFICIALLY full professor. Got the letter from the university prez today. So to celebrate: cava brute nature. Aroma of pear with a dash of almond.. Zesty taste of lime, green apple, seashell and chalk. A little bitter at the end but I still like it. Good on its own or would be good to make cocktails out of. — 3 years ago
Only about 2 years on wood. This has a bit of pear in it as well which shows in a delicate perfume of yellow skined fruits. This should be very interesting to riff with as a base for white spirit cocktails. — 2 years ago
Very good as a mixer for champaign cocktails. — 3 years ago
Had this for New Years and really enjoyed! Medium effervescence. Crisp and light but still really flavorful. Excited to repurchase, especially at the price! Bet it would be great for sparkling cocktails — 4 years ago
Drunk after a ton of cocktails- but still appreciate this with cheese xxx — 5 years ago

A standard go to for us for Valentines Day celebrations. A lovely blended Rosé Cremant. Been drinking a lot of bubbles lately. Less alcohol and always ready to add them into our cocktails. — 2 years ago
