30% was fermented in new oak and left to mature on the lees.

very creamy and rich 👄
all of the nose characteristics with added cream create sophistication at it's best.
long long long 🎯
mindblowing.
superb vfm (less then 100 nis, i paid in labor).
paired lovely with dairy based dinner of sumac and feta cheese spiced chard pastry dipped in tzasiki, boiled eggs, raw vegetables and greens infused tahini.

silky smoke, pepper, cinnamon, liquorice, black cherries and blackberries.
