Decanted for about 2-3 hours before serving. Incredible nose and flavor profile. Very gamey. Lots of stewed fruit. Little medicinal. But came through and paired exceedingly well with lamb kebabs.

Beautiful acidity and drinking perfectly. First time to ever have this producer and assume a short lived negotiant. Anybody have the skinny? Tasted like whole clusters were a part of this and lost none of its streamlined fruit over the course of three hours. Remarkable. — 9 years ago
