Cuvée Karatas, not botrytized. A legendary wine from legendary vines: 140 year old Semillon vines from the majestic Monte Rosso vineyard. Sauv blanc on the nose, Semillon body. Still just a little baby wine with lots of promise. Right now this wine is all about texture and tension. Virtual bedrock tasting with Chris C. — a month ago
Excellent CA. Cab-etc. blend. Balanced, full bodied, dark and intense...great with steak, red meats but we'll drink w/more. Deep berry forward on the palate - maybe hip, still tasty and a bit bitey on the finish if you care - not enough to offend. I don't get the fantasmic world of arcane nose and flavor some raters experience. Que sera', sera', will drink again 14.9% alcohol that seems higher... — 21 days ago
Great lush fruity nose. Full body- so smooth. We were gifted to us by our friends Chris and Jennifer. Most expensive bottle we have ever enjoyed. We enjoyed lobster gnocchi with this great Cabernet. We topped it off by sharing a cannoli- all the food from Trevoli’s. — a month ago
Not bad for an inexpensive Pinot Noir! — 20 days ago
Lovely Italian Red Blend (90% Negroamaro and 10% Malvasia Nera). Nice violet and bramble berry fruit aromas. Wild berry and earth flavors with hints of dried herbs and orange zest. Extremely soft tannins. Garnet color and brick rim. Not overly complex but wonderful balance and texture. Thanks Chris B. — 21 days ago
Awesome...and surprisingly approachable for such a young wine (especially considering the 11% petite sirah that’s part of the blend). Was even better after a couple of days - good thing I have a few more of these in the cellar. Lots of fun doing a virtual tasting of this one with @David MacMillan and @Chris! — a month ago

Second or third time around and still enjoying it. The label art is great and so is the wine. — 5 days ago
