100% Godello from 30 year old vines in the Falcoeira site in O Bolo (the village is within the Valdeorras appellation, but this wine is bottled without appellation). Granite soils at 600-650m altitude. Fermented and aged in neutral oak. Good color. Ripe fruit and hints of pineapple on the nose. Round, full-bodied, some mineral notes — 4 years ago

Show stopper. A true to type and incredibly assertive with (at this point) the perfect amount of distinguishable RS. I also don't think I can ever eat leeks again without thinking of this wine, so thanks for the incredible pairing @Eduardo Porto Carreiro ! — 11 years ago

Outstanding Albariño by Xosé Luis Sebio (winemaker at Coto de Gomariz). From old vines in Aios (Sanxenxo) in the Salnes subzone of Rías Baixas. Clean, precise nose with aromas of citrus, minerals, sea breeze. Very refreshing, elegant on the palate. Citrus, zesty acidity. Long, saline finish. Very very good — 4 years ago
