The basic QbA trocken at 25 years of age and drinking surprisingly fine, as the cork was in perfect condition. Full of Saar minerals and just enough sunshine, it’s quite dry but not austere. I hate to see old friends go but there’s no reason to hold this last bottle any longer. — 4 years ago
