This is not a straight Cornalin, it is an assemblage. « Assemblage de cépages nobles, Elevé en foudre de chêne suisse» and in Swiss oak rather than French. The Cornalin and Humane Rouge blend well with the Syrah. There is a spicyness that leads to a soft but medium long finish. — 6 years ago

Teerig, dunkelfruchtig, mittlere tannine und säure, hauch komplexität. Sehr schöner überraschungswein! — 2 years ago
Half-bottle #swisswine #petitearvine at first aromas of new tennis ball, kerosene and cured cheese, then lovely citrus and a hint of beeswax. On the palate it is super fresh and balanced. — 6 years ago
That's the country I am from. Smaller batches of incredible wines are now produced there. When I grew up that was not always the case. Altitude is always a factor when tasting and savoring these delights. Cheese, charcuterie plates after a long hike in the spring or fall - even a fresh water fish or the sooo underrated (in the US) liver, kidney sweetbreads. I get some of these wines every year for Christmas - and drink them with passion when over there — 9 years ago
Very impressed by this round and rich blend. Attack and body are easy-drinking. Magnificent persistent finish with well-chiseled tannins. Rich aromatic range of saffron, roasted, liquorice, pepper and other sweet spices, musk ... accompanying the crunchy fruit. Accessible and complex at the same time
Interesting alliance of fruity and mineral notes, nicely balanced with small hints of alcohol. A discovery. — 7 years ago
