Still Fantastic — 8 months ago
Pinkish Italian wine, very well developed. Reminds me of a rombauer or earthquake zin. Solid. Only drink if you want something deep, rich, and complex. Pairs very well with green grapes and crackers, but not a dry aged steak or seafood. Not a heavy drinking wine.

Blend of mostly Merlot with some Cab Sauv and Petit Verdot, aged 17 months in French oak (30% new), very deep Ruby color with rich aromas of dark ripe fruit and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry, raspberry and plum with sweet vanilla spice, cacao and cedar. Fine tannins, long finish ending with balanced acidity, mineral, cacao and oak. — 5 months ago

Always enjoyable. Paired with salmon, boiled potatoes and asparagus. What a treat. 2020 vintage — 8 months ago
