Blend of mostly Merlot with some Cab Sauv and Petit Verdot, aged 17 months in French oak (30% new), very deep Ruby with rich aromas of dark ripe fruit and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum with soft sweet vanilla spice, cacao and cedar. Fine tannins, long finish ending with balanced mineral wrapped in cacao and oak.

Rombauer’s Zinfandel is always great. Full body and great nose. We enjoy it on a special occasion.
