This vintage a little better than last year’s. — 2 months ago
Blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon & 8% Cabernet Franc, deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits, cacao, sweet spice and herb notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and black plum with cacao, vanilla, black pepper and earthy notes. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, sweet spice and earthy mineral character. Nice! — 25 days ago
Quite nice with Pat’s pork chops and potatoes ($26). The nose has notes of cassis, currants, and spices. Cabernet Franc is a house specialty and is impressive.

Argentinian Blend of Malbec (52%), Merlot (21%), Syrah (15%), Cabernet Sauvignon (7%), Petite Verdot (3%) and Cabernet Franc (2%). Dark ruby/purple color. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, wet soil and roasted nuts. Medium-plus body and very long finish. Creamy texture and fine tannins. Just a bit touch of sharpness.
