Fattoria La Massa

Giorgio Primo Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2013

Just great. Outstanding Bdx-blend SuperTuscan. Deep, complex, juicy and rich. Lovely now with a decant, probably even better in a few years’ time. Might be underrating this one. — 6 days ago

Primo Rosso Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Surprisingly good, especially for the price. Plum, cherry and spice. Medium finish, soft tannins. A great very day table wine. — 3 years ago

Lorenzo Primo Rosé Sparkling Brut 2019

Wonderfully refreshing sparkling porch pounder for those 100 degree days! Wild yeast fermentation gives it a bit of enjoyable funkiness! — 4 years ago

Crisp and clean - I get loads of citrus, some herbs, and a hint of stone fruit, nectarine maybe? Great spring wine. — a month ago

Primo Bacio Moscato d'Asti 2018

Buy this for the nose - pineapple yogurt, candied ginger, white flowers, honey. Very sweet as you can guess - will need some spicy food or most likely a dessert to match. Can be dessert on its own. Long finish. — 4 years ago

The Mason Edna Valley Mourvedre 2011

Catching up on some wines. Enjoyed this with my friend @Shay A in FW last month at the 4th Friday event. I did not know what I had here. Really enjoyed this… — 7 months ago

Phenomenal bottle from @Bryan Kesting and only the second Forsythe I’ve had. Totally Mourvèdre to the core. Sports that deep and savory meatiness to the core wrapped in baked dark fruits. Large scaled without being too big. With time in the decanter, this continued to evolve and show layers. Delicious! Thanks Bryan!

Brack Mountain Wine Company

Scholar & Mason Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Deep ruby hue with high saturation. Aromas and flavors of baking spice, blackberry, cream, jam, oak, raspberry, and vanilla. Medium-high body; medium-plus tannins; and medium-high acidity. Enticing nose; smooth palate; lovely, long finish. Solid Napa Cab, silky and balanced. Majority of fruit from Yountville, and the rest from Calistoga. Barrel-aged in French oak (45% new) for 19 months. — 4 years ago
