Tartness = sourness from green Apple! Very smooth, complex Malbec with tartness and long soft finish. Plus the spice!! One of the kind!!! — 7 years ago

Nose: Subtle cherry and plum. Almost luxardo cherry.
Taste: soft tannins and acidity. Very easy to drink. Subtle black cherry, black licorice. As it opens, notes of coffee with a finish of granite pebbles. Incredibly delicate for a Cab Sauv, and not sure if it's because it's a Washington Cab or if we cellared it well. Either way, it's fantastic, and we're finishing the bottle in one sitting. — 4 years ago
Like Electrum, but more earthy and a long miraculous after taste! Medium bodied, smooth and balanced. — 7 years ago
Darker than most Rose's. I don't know that I'd call it medium bodied but enough body to keep improving as it sat over the past 5 months and could likely do for 6-7 months more. — 7 years ago
Very smooth notice some cherry notes within the wine. — 4 years ago
Grabbed a bottle for my cellar. A Blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc & 2% Malbec. Grapes sourced from Weinbau, Lady Hawk, Champoux, Shaw and Obelisco vineyards. Deep Ruby with ref and black fruit aromas with earthy herb notes. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with sweet vanilla on fine tannins. Long finish ending with tobacco and smoky spice notes. Aging well. — 4 years ago

2022 spring. Another nice Friulano that isn’t wildly complex but plenty inviting in its emerging maturity — 2 years ago
