Nose of wet stone, an overlapping saltiness, and emerging notes of green pear and apple, with a slight note of pastry or some kind of sweet bread, but only dancing in the background. Color of very pale yellow, with slight flecks or green OB the edges and great legs on a light/medium body. It was too cold to begin with, but overtime the flavor opened up with a nice, balanced acidity, a slightly salty and mineral driven finish and a fruit forward palate, with more apple and pear notes, with some cumquat, star fruit and white peach throughout. Really tasty on its own, and I’d imagine very nice with some afternoon food or brunch. — 5 years ago

Great fruit, ob the dark side, with raspberries, liquorice, spices, blackberries. Easy tannins, good body and length. Much enjoyed — 9 years ago
One of the best 88 chambertin I have had - almost Rousseau. The climax was never ending - all the way to the end after 1.5 hours. Not OB. LOL — 9 years ago

A faint petrol on the nose., nice earthy notes, herbs, and a little sweetness. I wish the dark fruit notes would have shown better. I found the finish rather short and lacking the concentration that I found in the last OB that I enjoyed. — 9 years ago
After the First sip I thought someone used a salt shaker ob my tongue. The acidity is tremendously animating, long mouthwatering finish. So good! — 4 years ago
