Kubota Junmai Daiginjo Sake

This is the blue (New York)

Nose: more intense.

Palate: hint of spritz. Forward fruit. A bit of sake-ness. Delicious. Honeydew Melon.

3 Years Snow Aged Junmai Ginjo Sake

I’m not sure I can tell what is the difference between the 3yr and older versions but I’m pretty confident that side by side you will like the longer age. It’s subtle but evident and I didn’t think that right off the bat. — 4 months ago

This green can, made from the newest/youngest rice of the season and dated with a manufacturing date of Nov '21 is delicious. It offers a subtle aroma and similar sweet entry as the gold can version but much better of the alcohol so it doesn't have a burning hot finish. Good with some steamed edamame as a pre dinner warm up. — 2 years ago

Very elegant balance but not super fruity, given it's daiginjo designation. — 2 years ago
