2022/5/28-29 with jingiskan lamb barbecue, etc. The nose starts off quietly, with hints of dark berry and green bramble; with time, things become slightly more pronounced, and a faint smoky note appears. The palate is very nicely balanced, with subtle fruit and moreish acidity.
