Les Clous Côte Chalonnaise Pinot Noir 2013
Really unstable, astringent opening and then settled in the decanter. Perfumed florals. Candied red fruit. Stone and dried leaf. Not particularly complicated but no less enjoyable. Happy Birthday @Gerald Montoya — 7 years ago

Definitely took some time to come around, but very good when it finally did. Could use a few years to tame the acidity but with a few hours in the decanter it's still incredibly enjoyable if only begging for food.
