The nicest Classico Superiore we’ve had. And with a slight chill along burgers, yum. Has a great nose of muddy black cherries, trees, leafy decay, as it warms, it’s pronounced deep red.
On the palate, bright acidity up front with a tactile slight roughness, pomegranates and cherries, delicious balance.
These bottles don’t disappoint.

Moser 2014 Extra Brut Rose a real surprise from an Italian sparkling. Really interesting, unique and enjoyable different from a Franciacorta or a Prosecco. Much more like a Champagne — 5 years ago
