Deep caramel, toasty edges, lemon sorbet. This is a complete dream, how on earth is it less than 20 quid? Assume the producer is in the midst of remortgaging their property so buy now before the whole enterprise collapses.... — 3 years ago
This is our favorite bottle at our favorite restaurant. It is ALWAYS good. — 6 years ago
Very nice Cremat. Oak aging does what it's supposed adding some complexity and depth rather than overpowering. Nice soft bubbles, good balance and excellent persistence ticking all boxes which one seeks from a quality sparkler. Great aperitiv but works through meal as well. Very good option for Christmas table be it then traditional or more modern cuisine. — 8 years ago
A v. nice rosé bubbly with fresh raspberries and strawberries. Good quality of the fizz plus some richness coming from partial oak ageing. Drinking very nicely on warm evenings. — 8 years ago
