Best value Pinot Noir of the day. The nose makes my mouth water for blueberry cherry clove spice-rubbed bbq pork chops. Enchanting spiced berry flavors coat the palate. This is Xmas Pinot! It’s a sunny 75 degrees in October, but I’m about ready to break out the holiday wrap and hang mistletoe. We’re firing up the grill, so I’m sure the summer vibes will return to bikini bbqing. Heck, this is a year round pleaser at $16 a bottle. I can see the price of this one doubling should it catch fame. — 6 years ago
Stacy brought at Xmas/bday celebration. Very tasty. — 8 years ago
“It sang to me” she told me to write.
More like the constant echo of “it’s a fox! it’s a fox!”
Blueberry pie, baking spices, cool red cherries.
Like I’m foraging in the wilderness and a fox points me in the direction of a shrouded bush of berries it knows to be cranberry like. Linear in its complexity for me, a few notes not worth expounding on, but drinkable to the utmost. Bursting with fruit flavor. The red starburst of wine.
Mistletoe is starting to peek its head out just like our two foxes. — 4 years ago
When you pop one and decant and then taste you never really know what to expect but gratefully my family on Delectable has helped me so much - I know it is holidays speaking but we have so much as a group to thankful for - to you and yours - have a glorious holiday
This wine has been resting for a long time - I have decided to start drinking wines that I was storing as I cannot take them with me so Dilly Dilly
What a wine what a wine what a mighty good wine
Dark purplish red as is the season - when I taste I immediately smile and laugh with hohoho sound - the smell is amazing with all the kitchen sink ingredients but somehow I smell mistletoe and cinnamon - ''tis the season again" - and the finish is long like when you watch a big snowflake fall from the sky - it takes forever and ever
Starting my annual Christmas wine journey and again thank you folks for making the wine taste even better with your likes and comments - more wine to come tonight and tomorrow

Shout out to Whaler on Jackfish for gifting us this great wine! This is classic Willamette Valley pinot noir. Dusty, earthy with hints of cherry and strawberry and the slightest touch of pepper backing it. — 8 years ago
Great warm or cold or room temperature or any other way possible :) — 9 years ago
