Well, Delectable (predictably) ate the notes I submitted while they tried to identify this, so these are memory notes. The nose was rich and complex, with ripe fruit and wet clay earthiness. Full-flavored, ripe and minerally in the mouth. Great length for a Maconnais. Acids are medium, but the minerality adds some freshness. Very impressive. — 2 years ago
A really good tidal bay, prominent peach flavour on first sip, slight "bubblyness", not overly sweet on finish. Hubbie absolutely loved it — 3 years ago

Exemplary excellent full bodied carricante by winemaker Salvo Foti at I Vigneri in Milo, Sicily where we visited in 2022. Herbs, citrus, honey, saline. — 2 years ago
Light French oak lends depth while clean, fresh fruit makes this refined wine ideal for pairing with both savoury and sweet. With charcuterie, cheese and soups or with a rich chocolate dessert. Crisp and clean with lots of flavour. — 3 years ago

Great. Touch chardonnay like. Quite acidic. I kind of like it. Green Tea! Honey. From Etna - Sicily at 750 meters. 2500 feet. Very southern vineyard only altitudes allow them to make great wine. — 8 months ago
Fantastic. There is something almost herbal that I can't put my finger on, but it is very unusual and delicious. Notes of straw and lemon with some floral. We tried it by itself and with salmon / fried oysters. It was great both ways. — 2 years ago
