This is enjoyable in a massive CA overripe wine style! There’s a good amount of all the peppers, bell, jalapeños, white, cracked black, huge amount of purple/black fruit. Jan. Vanilla and some woodsy notes. I’d drink again. — 2 months ago
Nice and smooth. Not too sweet or too dry. — 3 months ago
Very good taste. Would buy again — 4 months ago
Hits above its price point, QUITE enjoyable. Jammy without being cloying, full bodied, smooth. — 2 days ago
Nice complement for both the chicken Marsala and the ribeye. — 2 months ago
Warm, juicy. Lots of fruit. A hint of overripe fruit. A touch of coconut. — 20 days ago
Delicious wine from Michael David! Randy Fuller nailed this, especially the Lanolin Aroma, a new experience for me! Presents red berries, cherry, watermelon, crushed river rock, and spice! Years back, they made a great chardonnay, "Seven Heavenly Chards".
Does anyone else recall this? Or am I just showing my age!
Enjoying pieces from "Last of the Mohicans" Trevor Jones. — a month ago
Not as full-bodied as I usually like my Zinfandels, but still very drinkable. Lots of great flavors and held up very well with a rich beef meal. Notes of juicy, ripe black berries and a hint of cigar smoke. — 3 months ago
ESF
had their Petit Verdot so was excited about a Petit Sirah: this was hot tho - lacking some polish - really felt the ABV, needs to settle down, but still all the great character of PS w/impressive extraction/concentration & varietal aromas & flavors. Outlier amongst Lodi wines — 16 days ago
