A treasure in the world of gran reserva. Cava like this needs to start getting the respect it deserves. — 2 years ago
Blend of 50% Xarel-lo, 25% Macabeo, 15% Parellada & 10% Chardonnay, pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruit with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple and citrus with slight biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus mineral character. — 4 years ago
Notes of floral and honey, lime and minerals. Excellent cava! $24. Bought at P&J wine. — 8 years ago
Good! A cheerful cava. Kyle liked it more than I did, but I had no complaints… it’s a cava, so I didn’t expect ready Heastie champagne like qualities. And I didn’t get them. — 3 years ago
A good one! — 6 years ago
Mineral, citrus, but with an uncanny ability to CUT a citrus dish that I’ve yet to encounter in a Sauv Blanc. — 8 years ago
