A very unique wine.
The mineral that this wine gives away it is not common at all.
5 years of age and i would not age it any further, but definitely in a fantastic spot.
It express ginger, lowquat and an amazing quantity of salinity.
Very long and enjoyable.
I never thought a Passerina could come out like this. Once talking to Maria Ernesta Berucci she admitted the 2021 was special — 8 days ago
