My rating here is random. As the wine got more breath it got nicer. Cherry to a darker fruit taste. Don’t drink many Chiantias but really liked this one. — 14 hours ago

Although it’s 2019 wine, no sourness and it feels very mature full body. Very nice fragrance. Great value for money for sure. — 14 days ago

When allowed to age for 7 years, this wine is mellow yet deep, soft on the tongue, delightful on the palate. — 7 days ago

A good - not sweet - Primitivo with a taste that is round, smooth, soft and elegant. Jam and blueberries, pitch dark colour. Originates from near Manduria, by the family Orsini, which descents from the Italian pope Benedetto XIII, hence the ‘Papale’ name of the wine. — 11 days ago
