Excellent vin partagé avec Ian chez nous (bouteille qu'il avait gagné) — a year ago
Bright but deep-ish gold with fine persistent bubbles. Abundant nose of yellow apple and toasted brioche. Medium palate confirms the nose adding dusty tannin-esque acidity through the clean finish. Fine example of Blanc de Blancs Champagne that fits the bill for a great starter but with enough substance to accompany most "white wine" fare. Drink it when you buy it, of course. — 5 months ago
Toasting to moving into my new home today! It’s not my fav champagne but I’m happy to try something new as I mark a new chapter in my life. — 9 months ago

I can’t lie, the aesthetics do please me. A gorgeous medium salmon color with plenty of tiny bubbles. The nose is quite delightful with the customary red berries upfront. A bit of candied nuts and spice compliment. Citrus aromas are just lovely here along with green apples and pretty flowers.
Elegant and focused with laser like precision. Pure Pinot Noir with character and drama for days. Medium bodied but very light on its feet, as graceful as a ballerina. Smooth acidity that still manages to thrill. The fruit is always at the forefront but never threatens to become unbalanced. Splendid.
Exhilarating in the mouth. The strawberries and raspberries are delicious with a hint of cinnamon and spice. Orange peel and a touch of lemon. A terrific rosé champagne, especially for special occasions. — 7 months ago
Bright and cheery. Lemony apple, melon, with a smooth honey finish. Very easy to drink. Beautiful chilled for a hot summer day. — 10 months ago
