Nose has metallic blackberry, white pepper, ripe plum, prune and baking spices.
Palate has tart plum, dried blackberry, white pepper on mashed black cherries and potting soil. Medium body, light minerality, medium finish. Nice wine, young, could really benefit from a few years of proper resting.

Really love this. Very easy drinking. Red plum, cedar, some cinnamon. Not familiar with Pineau d’Aunis, nor the region. This is also natural/organic. Just great!! — 4 months ago
