Spring Riesling 2019

As other reviewers have suggested and the winemaker recommends, this wine is so easy to drink. Light on its feet, dry with lemon and lime painted all over it, this is nearly ideal for spring/summer patios and salads. Lacking some RS for regular Asian pairings in our house but a nice change of pace from a favorite grape. — 5 months ago

Nose has blackberry jam, moist leather, fig paste, charred wood, chopped dark chocolate and faint vanilla.

Palate has dried blueberry, blackberry, dried black currant, muddy garden soil, faint dried strawberry with mild tannins and medium acidity.

Bright straw gold. Abundant nose of lime zest and lemongrass. Medium plus acidity leads the medium-bodied palate of citrus rind, leek, balsam, and bell pepper. Medium finish retains the brightness with a hint of green fig. 100% Sauvignon yields a brighter and tighter style of Bordeaux Blanc Sec that’s still got enough weight for classic fare like trout almandine or more contemporary options like lobster mac and cheese. I prefer that dollop of Semmillon, but this is well-made and potentially appealing to the New World SB crowd. Drink now through 2026. — 3 months ago

This Chablis paired perfectly with Mac & cheese made with sharp cheddar and Gruyère. The nose is so fragrant and the palette is crisp with notes of green apple. A great Chablis choice. — 6 months ago

Well, it shot up to 77° or so in Philly today.
N:Black raspberry, plums, tar, quite frizzante at first pour.
P: VERY DRY.. Black Cherries, little bit of tobacco, full mouth experience, some plumminess, a great companion w left over Indian chicken and mac&cheese!

A Lambrusco from the region of Lombardia in northern Italy. This dry, sparkling red wine is full of rustic character and made from a clone of Lambrusco known as Viadanese Sabbionetano. Unusual in production as the second fermentation takes place in bottle.
