Prior notes still mostly stand:
Nose has oxidized yelow apple slice, dried papaya, candied pineapple, hay bale, cold candle wax and buttercream.
Palate has dried pineapple, dehydrated lemon, pineapple cake and moist sand with a long finish.
I'm quite pleased at how strong our last two bottles have been; amazingly fresh, barrel notes have almost fully retreated. This was our final bottle on the vintage, but will hold another 2-4Y in proper storage.

Amazing! Nose is ripe tropical fruits, dried coconut, poundcake with buttercream icing. Palate is dried lemons/pineapple and coconut cremé. I'm so glad we have the opportunity to try this again today! — a day ago
Production of the 2013 was about 50% of the normal, thus real pricey. Pale lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruit with floral and yeasty mineral notes. On the palate, flavors of Apple and peach flavors with a touch of mineral and lemon zest, with an underlying crispiness, well balanced with acidity, long finish ending with mineral and nutty nuances. Michael Martini, 3rd generation carries on the tradition. 100% Cab, aged in French oak (75% new) for over 2 years. Deep Ruby, aromas of red/black fruit, complex spice with smoky notes. Flavors of blackberry and currants with an earthy character adding a array of spices. Fine tannins, opening nicely, long finish, ending with notes of fruit, cacao & tobacco. This wine was a beautiful salmon hue. The bubbles were creamy and soft. The wine offered notes of raspberry, strawberry, lemon zest, white blossom, rose, wet stone, brioche, croissant, pie crust, biscuit, sourdough, and blanched almonds. A delicious Tête de Cuvée!
