This is tasty sparkling wine from Spain. Showing citrus, lemons, green apples, minerals, light yeast and white pepper.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Not bitter nor tart. Very tasty with mild complexity. I really enjoyed the mouthfeel.
A blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 15% Xarello. Made in the traditional method.
12% alcohol by volume.

Green apple and citrus on the nose. Tart apple, a hint of grapefruit, stone and dry hay on the tongue. Very dry for cava. Excellent! A smooth and effervescent white. I’ll definitely buy again. — 17 days ago
A nice surprise. Bubbles themselves not great but actually a very interesting nose and generally more going on than expected — 20 days ago
A blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo & Parellada, crisp stone fruit aromas with yeasty notes, good bubble flow. Clean fresh palate of apple and pear with lime citrus zest flavors. Medium+ finish ending with wet stone minerality and citrus character. An outstanding alternative to a pricy bottle of French Champagn. — 20 days ago
Very nice. Paired very well with a charcuterie platter. Not too dry, but definitely not too sweet. A fantastic balance with loads of crisp, clean flavor. — 18 days ago
I really liked this with a table full of home made tapas — 19 days ago
Catches your eyes with that red, red rose painting on the label. Dark like a mix of coffee and blood in the glass. Smells opulent and rich. Mocha, berry pie and dill/anise pickles on the nose if that makes any sense. Flavors are big, bold and dense. Bit of smoke, plenty of ripe black cherry, rose hip teas, black salty licorice, and dark chocolate nibs. This is stuff that says, I am Spanish red, hear me roar! But it’s also fairly balanced and holds a silky elegance too. — 4 hours ago
