Winery to watch in Uruguay, they are doing very interesting wines. Vineyard is close to the ocean and you could even get mineral and salty notes in many of the wines, specially the rose. This is beautiful and smooth petit Verdot, lovely wine. The top wine of Las Garzas is the Pinot, which is probably the best in the country right now, worth trying! — 3 months ago

A bit tough to get the aromas with all the bbq smoke in the air, but dark fruit and plummy. Richness on the pallet and tannins dance with spice. Smooth body and leaves pallet chalky like a cab. Nice Uruguayan wine! — 10 years ago
